Xiaomi Auto recently addressed user concerns, clearly stating that even after the first-generation SU7 is discontinued, it will continue to provide full maintenance and repair services and guarantee the availability of genuine parts for at least 10 years. The new-generation SU7 has already made its physical debut at Xiaomi Auto’s Super Factory Store in Beijing and will roll out to stores in seven cities—including Beijing, Shanghai, and Hangzhou—starting February 13. Test drives will be available nationwide following the vehicle’s official launch in April. During the Spring Festival holiday, all Xiaomi Auto stores and 275 service centers remained open across 158 cities, offering mechanical and electrical repairs, doorstep services, and accident vehicle intake. Online customer support is available 24/7. Additionally, Xiaomi reminded users to inspect their vehicles before long holiday trips—checking lights, brakes, tire pressure (recommended at 2.9 bar), coolant levels, and windshield washer fluid. Drivers in cold regions are advised to switch to winter tires, plan charging routes wisely, and use driver-assistance features cautiously while driving to ensure safety.
