Renault Group reported revenue of €57.9 billion (approximately RMB 471.061 billion) in 2025, an increase of 3% year-over-year, or 4.5% on a constant-currency basis. Full-year vehicle sales reached 2,336,807 units, up 3.2%—significantly outpacing the global market’s average growth rate of 1.6%. The Group’s three core brands delivered synchronized growth, maintaining Renault’s position among the top three automakers in Europe. Internationally, Renault brand sales surged by 11.7%, with particularly strong growth in South Korea (+55.9%), Morocco (+44.8%), and Latin America (+11.3%). The Group achieved an operating margin of 6.3% (€3.6 billion), generated €1.5 billion in automotive free cash flow, and recorded a record net cash position of €7.4 billion. Although net income attributable to shareholders stood at -€10.9 billion due to accounting adjustments, adjusted net profit—excluding Nissan-related impacts—was €715 million. The company proposes a dividend of €2.20 per share, subject to approval at its 2026 Annual General Meeting.
