Recently, netizens spotted a silver AITO M6 prototype on the road. The new model is set to officially debut this spring. Positioned as a mid-to-large SUV tailored for young families of three, it features Starlight front headlights and aerodynamically optimized bodywork. Mounted on the roof is a next-generation LiDAR system, with all trims standard-equipped with both a roof-mounted and rear-facing solid-state LiDAR. The vehicle measures 4,960 mm in length, 1,985 mm in width, and 1,736 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,950 mm. It will be offered with either 20- or 21-inch wheels, and its taillights deliver a “starry brilliance” lighting effect. Powertrain options include both extended-range and all-electric variants, with all models featuring standard dual-motor all-wheel drive. The extended-range version pairs a 1.5T engine (112 kW) with front and rear electric motors (165 kW / 180 kW), complemented by either a 37 kWh or 53 kWh battery pack. The all-electric variant comes in two configurations: one with Huawei-supplied motors delivering 160 kW + 180 kW, and another featuring Seres’ self-developed front motor producing 227 kW + 227 kW. Both BEV versions are equipped with a 100 kWh ternary lithium battery pack.
