According to overseas automotive media outlet TheSupercarBlog, Porsche plans to officially launch the 911 GT3 Cabriolet in March 2026. The new model will feature a folding soft-top roof and come equipped with exclusive aerodynamic components, including vents similar to those on the GT3 RS and a sporty rear bumper integrating dual exhaust outlets. Like the standard 911 Carrera, the car will not use a fixed rear wing but instead employ a retractable active spoiler. Powering the vehicle is expected to be a 4.0-liter naturally aspirated flat-six engine producing a maximum output of 502 horsepower, paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission, and driving the rear wheels exclusively.
