Leapmotor's first MPV, the D99, has recently been spotted in leaked interior spy photos. The front cabin carries over the design language of the D19, featuring a floating center touchscreen, digital instrument cluster, stalkless gear selector, and electronic door handles. The rear seats are expected to offer genuine zero-gravity seating. The D99 measures over 5.2 meters in length with a wheelbase exceeding 3.1 meters. Its exterior features include an AGS active grille shutter, million-pixel DLP headlights, flush side windows, and a panoramic sunroof with UV-blocking capability exceeding 99.9%. Five exterior color options will be available. The D99 will be offered in both extended-range and all-electric variants. The extended-range version adopts an 800V high-voltage architecture, an 80.3 kWh battery pack, and dual-motor all-wheel drive. The all-electric variant is equipped with a 1000V triple-electric system and CATL’s 115 kWh ultra-high-capacity cells. Inside the cabin, the D99 integrates dual chips delivering 1280 TOPS of computing power, a VLA large-model-assisted driving system, and an automotive-grade oxygen chamber. In terms of handling, it boasts class-leading body rigidity, an air suspension system, and Michelin high-performance tires.
