Leapmotor Raises Capital to RMB 5.558 Billion; Tesla Unveils Full Redundancy Architecture with AI4 Chip

On February 24, Leapmotor Automobile Co., Ltd. increased its registered capital from RMB 4.708 billion to RMB 5.558 billion, an increase of approximately 18%. On the same day, Tesla announced that its AI4 intelligent driving-assist hardware features a fully redundant failover architecture, with two completely independent computing units capable of seamless switching within milliseconds to ensure system safety. Additionally, Geely Auto CEO Gan Jiayue stated the company will launch an 800V platform and i-HEV intelligent dual-powertrain technology, achieving fuel consumption as low as 3 liters per 100 kilometers. Xiaomi’s SU7 debuted in a new “Chixia Red” color, with the first batch of display vehicles already deployed to 30 stores across seven cities. The Arcfox Alpha S5 is scheduled to launch in mid-to-late March. Li Auto has joined the China Chamber of Commerce to the European Union, and Changan Automobile expects to complete vehicle integration validation of its solid-state batteries by the third quarter.
