Recently, Gaoyu Flying Car Manufacturing (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. was officially established with a registered capital of RMB 30 million, and Zhang Ning serves as its legal representative. The company’s business scope includes manufacturing of automotive parts and components, sales of intelligent unmanned aerial vehicles, 3D printing services, digital technology services, mold sales, and civil aircraft maintenance. According to Qichacha’s equity penetration data, the company is indirectly and wholly owned by GAC Group (601238), with Guangdong Gaoyu Technology Co., Ltd.—a subsidiary of GAC Group—as its sole shareholder. This move marks a substantial step forward in GAC Group’s strategic expansion into the flying car sector.
