NVIDIA reported Q4 revenue of $68.1 billion for fiscal year 2026, up 73% year-over-year, with net income surging 94% to $42.96 billion. Data Center revenue contributed $62.3 billion, accounting for 91.5% of total revenue. Within this segment, networking revenue skyrocketed 263% year-over-year—far outpacing growth in computing—highlighting surging demand for AI cluster interconnectivity. Gross margin rebounded to 75.2%, primarily driven by product mix optimization from mass production of Blackwell chips. The company forecasts Q1 FY2027 revenue of $78 billion, significantly exceeding expectations and excluding revenue from China data centers, underscoring robust demand across the rest of the globe. CEO Jensen Huang declared, “The inflection point for AI agents has arrived,” as enterprises accelerate AI compute deployments. Gaming revenue now accounts for less than 5.5% of total sales, marking NVIDIA’s full transformation into an AI infrastructure provider.
