The 2027 Kia Telluride has been fully redesigned and debuts its first-ever hybrid variant, starting at $48,035 for the front-wheel-drive EX trim. The new model offers six configurations, with the top-tier X-Line SX Prestige all-wheel-drive version priced close to $60,000. The hybrid powertrain combines a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, an electric motor, and a 1.65 kWh lithium-ion battery, delivering a combined output of 329 horsepower and 339 lb-ft of torque—surpassing both the previous V6 and non-hybrid versions. The non-hybrid Telluride starts at $40,735. Currently, three-row hybrid SUV options remain limited, with key rivals including the Hyundai Palisade Hybrid ($45,760), Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid ($46,505), and Mazda CX-90 Plug-in Hybrid ($52,025). With its diverse powertrain lineup, Kia is well-positioned to attract more fuel-efficiency-conscious buyers.
