Changan Automobile unveiled official interior images of the 2026 UNI-Z PHEV on February 27 and announced that the new model will officially launch tomorrow. Key highlights of the updated interior include a new three-spoke steering wheel (replacing the current two-spoke design and adding physical buttons), a column-mounted gear selector (eliminating the traditional center console shifter), and a newly added leg rest function for the front passenger seat. The infotainment system is expected to retain the combination of a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch floating central touchscreen. Externally, the vehicle largely carries over the current design, featuring an inverted trapezoidal grille, L-shaped matrix accents, a floating roof, and full-width LED taillights. Powering the vehicle is Changan’s Blue Whale hybrid system, comprising a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine and an electric motor, delivering a combined pure-electric range of 125 km and a total combined driving range of up to 1,200 km.
