On March 1, Lei Jun, CEO of Xiaomi, announced the official opening of the Xiaomi Auto Factory Karting Experience Center, with the first group of visitors already on-site to enjoy the experience. Located within the Xiaomi Auto Factory, the center integrates a professional electric karting track, driving training, and industrial tours, offering an immersive automotive culture experience. The 580-meter-long track features 13 corners and is equipped with a professional timing system and a two-tier spectator area. Each session lasts approximately 15 minutes (including 8 minutes of actual driving), along with safety training and full protective gear. The introductory price is RMB 69 per person, which can be partially or fully redeemed using points from the Xiaomi Auto App. Bookings via the app will open on March 3, and a limited number of same-day tickets will also be available for purchase on-site. Participants must be at least 12 years old and 1.45 meters tall; minors must be accompanied by a guardian.
