After two consecutive years of declining sales, Tesla saw a significant rebound in the European market in February. Data shows that its new vehicle registrations in France surged by 55% year-over-year, with the Model Y accounting for 82% of its sales and securing a spot among the country’s top ten best-selling models, while the Model 3 made up the remaining 18%. As a result, Tesla’s share of France’s all-electric vehicle market jumped to 11.5%, far exceeding its previous three-month average of around 1%. Despite most competitors reporting year-over-year declines in sales, Tesla notably increased its market share in three major European markets, including France, signaling a positive sign of recovery in European EV demand.
