Toyota Motor Corporation plans to raise its tender offer price for Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO) and extend the offer period once again. According to a report on March 2, Toyota intends to increase the offer price from the original ¥18,800 per share to ¥20,600 per share (approximately USD 132), subject to certain conditions, and extend the deadline from the original March 2 to March 16. This move aims to further advance Toyota's full ownership of TICO and strengthen internal integration and strategic synergy within the group.
