Foton Motor recently released its production and sales data for February 2026: vehicle sales for the month totaled 41,150 units, down 12.84% year-on-year; cumulative sales for the year reached 96,703 units, a slight decline of 0.57%. In terms of production, output in February amounted to 46,291 units, down 11.26% year-on-year, while cumulative production reached 113,417 units, up 6.87% year-on-year. New energy vehicles (NEVs) showed weak performance, with February sales totaling only 4,390 units—a sharp year-on-year drop of 42.14%. Cumulative NEV sales for the year stood at 12,203 units, down 16.90% year-on-year. In contrast, engine products posted strong growth: February sales reached 22,991 units, up 13.65% year-on-year, and production surged 37.73% year-on-year to 31,738 units.
