BYD Seagull 07 EV Launches: 705km Range, 800V Fast Charging, Starting at ¥155,000

On March 5, BYD officially launched the Seagull 07 EV, introducing two variants with pre-discount delivery prices of RMB 155,000 and RMB 175,000. The new model is equipped with a 69.07 kWh lithium iron phosphate Blade Battery and a rear-mounted single motor, delivering a CLTC range of up to 705 km and energy consumption below 10 kWh per 100 km. It also supports 800V high-voltage fast charging and an advanced thermal management system. Measuring 4,995 mm in length, 1,910 mm in width, and 1,495 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,900 mm, the vehicle features a sleek fastback coupe design, complemented by flush door handles, low-drag alloy wheels, and a panoramic sunroof. The interior continues BYD’s Ocean Design language and comes standard with an onboard refrigerator (capable of both cooling and heating), as well as ventilated, heated, and massaging seats. The higher-end variant is equipped with LiDAR and BYD’s “God’s Eye B-” advanced driver-assistance system (DiPilot 300), enabling high-level intelligent driving functions such as urban navigation pilot and automated valet parking.
