On March 6, XPeng Motors officially launched the G6 Super Range-Extended Edition, boasting a combined range of up to 1,704 km and a pure electric range of 430 km. The new model is equipped with the world’s most powerful chip delivering 2,250 TOPS of effective computing power and second-generation VLA technology, offering industry-leading intelligent driving capabilities. Its 800V+5C high-voltage platform enables a 314-km charge in just 12 minutes—the only vehicle in its class to offer this feature. The interior space utilization reaches 85.6%, with over 1 meter of headroom. In terms of safety, the vehicle supports stable driving at 180 km/h even after a blowout, automatic emergency braking (AEB) from speeds up to 130 km/h, and AES braking on icy or snowy roads. It also features the Taiji AI chassis and DCC system for enhanced ride comfort. The vehicle measures 4,771 mm long, 1,920 mm wide, and 1,650 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,890 mm. Power comes from a 1.5L turbocharged range extender (110 kW) paired with an electric motor delivering a peak output of 218 kW, enabling a top speed of 202 km/h. The battery is a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) unit supplied by EVE Energy.
