Geely Galaxy’s new mid-size plug-in hybrid sedan, the Xingyao 7, is set to debut or launch in early Q2. Positioned in the 100,000 RMB price segment, the vehicle measures nearly 5 meters in length (4,958 mm) with a wheelbase of 2,852 mm—slightly larger than the Galaxy A7—and will feature an all-wheel-drive system to enhance driving stability. Exterior styling follows Geely’s "Ripple Aesthetics" design language, highlighted by a vertical-slat grille and slim headlights for strong visual identity, complemented by a sporty front bumper. Powering the Xingyao 7 is a 1.5L plug-in hybrid system, with the engine delivering a maximum output of 82 kW, paired with a high-capacity battery enabling pure electric driving. Drawing reference from its platform sibling, the Xingyao 6, it is expected to offer two pure electric range variants: 60 km and 125 km (CLTC). The vehicle will be sold through Geely Galaxy’s StarNet sales channel, continuing the brand’s “high quality at competitive prices” strategy.
