BYD Seagull 07 EV Launches: 705km Range, God's Eye 5.0, Starting at ¥169,900

On March 5, BYD officially launched the Seagull 07 EV, offering two variants priced between RMB 169,900 and RMB 189,900. The new model features an EV-exclusive design language and debuts in a fresh "Sky Purple" color option. It measures 4,995 mm in length, 1,910 mm in width, and 1,495 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,900 mm. Inside, the cabin continues BYD’s Ocean Aesthetics theme, equipped with a “2+1” triple-screen interactive setup, a W-HUD head-up display, and a column-mounted gear shifter. The center console integrates a heated and cooled mini-fridge and wireless fast charging. The seats offer ventilation, heating, and massage functions. Powering the vehicle is a rear-wheel-drive layout paired with BYD’s second-generation Blade Battery, delivering a CLTC-rated range of up to 705 km and energy consumption below 10 kWh per 100 km. The Seagull 07 EV also supports BYD’s Flash Charging technology and comes equipped with the advanced “God’s Eye 5.0” intelligent driving system.
