Arcfox Auto announced today a deep collaboration with CATL to launch the Arcfox Alpha S5 battery-swap version, featuring an ultra-fast 99-second battery swap experience. Pre-sales for the new model began on May 1, with an official starting price of RMB 117,800, or as low as RMB 112,800 after subsidies, plus limited-time benefits valued at RMB 25,888. Positioned as a spacious, premium electric family sedan, the vehicle measures 4,820/4,886 mm in length, 1,930 mm in width, and 1,480 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,900 mm. In terms of intelligent features, it is equipped with BAIC's Yuanjing intelligent driving assistance system, a "Smart Driving Blue Indicator Light," and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8775 chip, supporting both urban and highway NOA (Navigate on Autopilot) navigation-assisted driving. The car adopts an inertial-navigation-based dual-camera stereo vision solution to enhance the integrated cabin-and-driving experience.
