During the annual Two Sessions, Yao Zuoping, Party Secretary of SAIC-GM-Wuling, proposed accelerating the establishment of a smart driving governance system with Chinese characteristics and promoting the widespread adoption of new energy intelligent vehicles. Currently, Wuling is deepening its strategic collaboration with Huawei, focusing on intelligent manufacturing, advanced driver assistance systems, and smart cockpits to jointly build an AI-driven industrial ecosystem. Their first collaborative product—the HuaJing S—has already been unveiled, featuring micron-level assembly precision, "zero misassembly rate" quality control, body safety exceeding the C-NCAP five-star standard, and the "Five-Zero Safety" ShenLian battery. The entire HuaJing S lineup comes standard with Huawei’s Qiankun Smart Driving ADS 4.0, HarmonySpace 5 cockpit powered by HarmonyOS, and Limera—an in-cabin laser-vision technology—significantly enhancing both intelligence and safety. Looking ahead to China’s 15th Five-Year Plan period ("Fifteen-Five"), Wuling will center its strategy on AI to advance the upgraded "1-2-5 Project 2.0," establish the Guangxi New Energy Vehicle Laboratory, create a "New Dual-Million" product portfolio, and develop five RMB 10-billion-scale ecological chains, thereby accelerating the intelligent transformation of the automotive industry.
