According to the latest "100 Car Owners Review New Cars" survey by Chezhizhijia (Auto Quality Network), the 2025 Arcfox T1 received an overall score of 82 out of 103 owners, falling short of the recommendation threshold. The vehicle has attracted younger users with its appealing design and low ownership costs—68.9% of owners cited exterior styling as a key attraction, and over 70% expressed satisfaction with operating expenses. However, concerns about quality and reliability persist: 25 vehicles experienced non-user-induced malfunctions, with 41.7% of those owners specifically complaining about "braking system noises." More notably, pre- and post-sales service issues were prominent—37 owners reported encountering problems such as "policy changes," "misleading advertising," or "unfulfilled promises," and 22.3% identified this as their top dissatisfaction. Despite these issues, 56.4% of owners indicated they would still consider the Arcfox brand for future purchases.
