On March 11, OPmobility announced a major restructuring of its Executive Committee to strengthen customer focus, enhance core competitiveness, and accelerate regional development. Christian Kopp has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO), overseeing global sales strategy and exterior systems, as well as leading the newly established Performance Center to drive operational efficiency and supply chain optimization. Christophe Marceau and Guillaume Ebner have been named Presidents of the Exterior & Lighting Division and the Modules Division, respectively, both reporting directly to Kopp. Marc Perraudin assumes the role of Executive Vice President of Engineering and Project Execution, while Gérald Mentil becomes Chief Performance Officer. Marissa West will lead the Americas region, and Youssef Souiba, based in Asia, will reinforce the company’s clean energy systems footprint. Abdul Khaliq joined the Executive Committee at the end of 2025 to head Innovation and Software activities. CEO Félicie Burelle stated that this reorganization will enhance the group’s strategic execution and agility in global markets.
