BYD Launches Large-Scale Hiring Across Multiple Regions, Workforce Surpasses 900,000

BYD recently launched large-scale recruitment drives simultaneously across multiple manufacturing bases. The Gepu and Xiaomo industrial parks in Shenshan are jointly hiring over 1,000 production operators, offering monthly salaries ranging from RMB 5,500 to RMB 6,500. Additionally, more than 1,100 technical positions are available, requiring at least a junior high school education, with monthly salaries reaching up to RMB 10,000. Meanwhile, BYD’s Xi’an factory is also recruiting over 100 employees. Furthermore, BYD’s 2026 Global Spring Campus Recruitment campaign kicked off in early March. To date, BYD Group’s total workforce has surpassed 900,000, making it the A-share listed company with the largest employee base.
