Lucid announced that its Gravity electric SUV will fully support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, with these features integrated into the latest Lucid UX 3.5 operating system. Starting March 12, Gravity owners in North America will receive the update over-the-air (OTA), while rollouts to Europe and the Middle East are scheduled for the end of March. Previously, all Lucid Air models have come standard with both connectivity features. Emad Dlala, Senior Vice President of Engineering and Software at Lucid, stated that this is one of the most requested features by users, and enabling seamless smartphone-to-vehicle integration will further enhance the convenience and comfort of the driving experience.
