On March 13, Hesai Technology announced an exclusive定点 agreement with Jiushi Intelligence for the supply of 200,000 lidar units. Jiushi’s next-generation RoboVan will be fully equipped with Hesai lidar as the core perception hardware for its Level 4 autonomous driving system. This marks a deepened collaboration between the two companies following the launch of their first RoboVan in 2023. To date, Jiushi has achieved commercial operations in over 300 cities, accumulated more than 100 million kilometers of driving mileage, and delivered over 20,000 vehicles globally. This large-scale order signifies that L4 autonomous delivery vehicles have officially entered a new phase of mass production, helping to solve the "last-mile" logistics challenge in urban areas and accelerating the intelligent transformation of the trillion-dollar urban logistics market.
