Xiaomi officially announced that the new-generation Xiaomi SU7 will be launched in March, with full-scale production preparations already underway. Lei Jun confirmed that due to rising costs, the vehicle’s price will increase, with pre-sale prices set at RMB 229,900 for the Standard version, RMB 259,900 for the Pro version, and RMB 309,900 for the Max version. The new model features significantly enhanced safety, with all trims standard-equipped with a 2,200 MPa ultra-high-strength steel roll cage, nine airbags (including newly added rear side airbags), and a 1,500 MPa anti-scrape crossbeam under the battery pack plus a "bulletproof coating." In terms of performance, all variants come with the V6s Plus super motor, four-piston front calipers, and wider tires. The Pro and Max versions further feature closed-type dual-chamber air springs and CDC dampers. For intelligent driving, every trim includes a LiDAR sensor, a 4D millimeter-wave radar, 700 TOPS of computing power, and Xiaomi’s end-to-end HAD (Highly Automated Driving) assistance system. The interior has also been completely refreshed, featuring a “Midnight Black” color scheme and new design elements.
