On March 13, according to China's Execution Information Public Disclosure Website, Hozon Auto founder Fang Yunzhou, former CEO Zhang Yong, and Yichun Langling Enterprise Management Consulting Center (Limited Partnership) were listed as dishonest judgment debtors (commonly known as "deadbeat debtors") by Shanghai’s Changning District People's Court for "having the ability to fulfill but refusing to comply with obligations stipulated in effective legal documents." The amount involved is approximately RMB 365,000, which remains unpaid. Public records show that the consulting center was established in October 2021, with Fang Yunzhou serving as the managing partner, and both Fang and Zhang Yong are investors. The company’s business scope includes socio-economic and information consulting services.
