Foton Motor Announces Leadership Change: Lu Zhenghua Nominated as Director and General Manager

On March 14, Foton Motor announced that it had received a letter from its controlling shareholder, BAIC Group, recommending Lu Zhenghua as the candidate for director and general manager of the company. Wu Xibin will no longer hold the positions of director and general manager. Additionally, Lu Zhenghua will also step down from his role as executive vice general manager of the company. The proposed board appointment is subject to approval by the company's shareholders' meeting, and the relevant procedures will be expedited.
