Leapmotor has announced that it will roll out its City Navigation Assist Pilot (CNAP) nationwide in Q2 2026. The company also plans to complete development of its intelligent driving foundation model and AI large-model-driven advanced driver assistance system by the end of 2026, aiming to achieve industry-leading capabilities. The CNAP feature was first launched in June 2025 and has been gradually deployed on B- and C-platform models. In February 2026, it was rolled out for the first time to multiple core cities. Founder Zhu Jiangming stated that Leapmotor’s intelligent driving strategy leverages late-mover advantages and that the company is now approaching the first tier of the industry. On the same day, Leapmotor released its 2025 financial results, reporting total deliveries of 596,555 vehicles for the year—doubling sales for the second consecutive year. Revenue reached RMB 64.73 billion, up 101.3% year-over-year, and the company recorded a net profit of RMB 540 million for the full year, marking its first annual profit and making it the second Chinese EV startup to achieve full-year profitability.
