On March 18, Exeed—the premium brand under Chery—launched blind pre-orders for its mid-to-large SUV, the EX7. Customers who pay a deposit of RMB 999 can redeem it for RMB 2,999 off the vehicle price and enjoy multiple reservation benefits. Official pre-sales will commence in mid-April. The EX7 is available in both extended-range and all-electric variants. The extended-range version features a 1.5T engine and delivers a CLTC pure-electric range of either 182 km or 203 km. The all-electric variant adopts a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, offering a maximum CLTC range of 726 km. The EX7 debuts globally as the first mass-produced vehicle equipped with an aerospace-grade EMB (Electro-Mechanical Brake) by-wire braking system, which triples braking response speed. Its exterior showcases Exeed’s signature design language, highlighted by a full-width light bar, flush door handles, and a 3,000 mm wheelbase that emphasizes both technological sophistication and spaciousness. Inside, the cabin features a 30-inch integrated display, a streaming rearview mirror, a panoramic sunroof, and other premium amenities, delivering a minimalist yet intelligent cockpit experience.
