On March 18, XPeng launched a new "Max" variant of its P7 sedan, offering three configurations: the 702 Max priced at RMB 203,800, the 820 Max at RMB 223,800, and the dual-motor AWD 750 Max at RMB 243,800—each RMB 16,000 cheaper than the previous Ultra trims. The new Max models are equipped with one Turing chip and offer two optional intelligent upgrade packages (priced at RMB 12,000 or RMB 20,000), enabling additional AI chips and large-model capabilities. The P7 now features three new exterior colors—Stellar Red, Midnight Black, and Nebula White—bringing the total color options to ten, along with two new interior schemes: Gravity Red and Lava Gray. Additionally, XPeng introduced "Stellar Knight" and "Midnight Knight" theme packages, each including exclusive paint finishes, wheels, and interior accents. All Max variants come standard with an 800V high-voltage platform and 5C batteries, with the dual-motor version accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds.
