Xiaomi's New SU7 Test Drives Start Tomorrow; Small Deposits Close Tonight for Priority Delivery

Xiaomi Auto announced that test drives for its new-generation SU7 will be available at stores nationwide starting at 8:00 a.m. on March 20. Users can book appointments via the Xiaomi Auto app. Notably, the small-deposit reservation channel will close at 19:00 on March 19. Customers who place a small deposit will enjoy "priority production scheduling" and receive a complimentary "Smart Dual Watch Face" valued at RMB 699 upon vehicle delivery. The new model features the all-new "Xiaomi Jiaolong Chassis," with standard front double-wishbone and rear five-link suspension across all trims, along with a high-performance braking system. The Pro and Max variants further include closed-type dual-chamber air springs and CDC dampers. Additionally, the entire lineup upgrades to a high-voltage platform, enhanced triple-electric (e-motor, battery, and power electronics) systems, nine airbags, and Xiaomi’s HAD advanced driver-assistance system. Exterior color options now include three new shades—Capri Blue, Chixia Red, and Indigo Stone Green—bringing the total palette to nine colors.
