GAC Toyota’s all-new mid-to-large pure electric SUV, the bZ7, will officially launch at the end of March. Pre-sales began on March 5, with five variants available at pre-sale prices ranging from RMB 156,800 to RMB 209,800 after subsidies. The vehicle measures 5,130 mm in length, 1,965 mm in width, and 1,506 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,020 mm. It features an intelligent preview dual-chamber air suspension system. The interior adopts a minimalist design, equipped with a large central touchscreen, a full LCD instrument cluster, a HUD head-up display, and zero-gravity seats powered by dual motors. The cabin supports HarmonyOS Cockpit 5, the MoLA hybrid large AI model, Huawei’s NearLink smart key, and seamless connectivity with Xiaomi’s ecosystem. For intelligent driving, the bZ7 is outfitted with 27 sensors, including a LiDAR unit, enabling advanced features such as urban and highway NDA (Navigation Pilot Assist), automatic parking, and more. Powering the vehicle is an 88.13 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack, delivering a CLTC-rated range of up to 710 km. It supports 3C fast charging—adding 300 km of range in just 10 minutes—and offers 6.6 kW vehicle-to-load (V2L) external power supply. The electric drive system is supplied by Huawei DriveONE, delivering a maximum output of 207 kW.
