At the company's annual shareholder meeting, Qualcomm President and CEO Cristiano Amon stated that the company expects its total addressable market (TAM) to reach $900 billion by 2030. He emphasized that Qualcomm is making steady progress toward its goal of achieving combined revenue of $22 billion from its QCT automotive and IoT businesses by fiscal year 2029. Currently, more than 40 smart glasses and other wearable devices based on the Snapdragon platform are either in mass production or under development, with smart glasses poised to become the largest product category. Additionally, Qualcomm is actively investing in next-generation wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi 8, with related consumer devices expected to launch as early as summer 2026.
