China's first national-level integrated ground-air testing facility officially commenced operations today in Xinfeng County, Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province. Spanning 8,600 mu (approximately 1,430 acres), the facility offers end-to-end ground testing capabilities for intelligent connected vehicles and features a dedicated airspace of 100 square kilometers for testing and validation of low-altitude intelligent equipment, including flying cars. As the largest and most comprehensive integrated ground-air testing platform in the country, the base will provide critical support for the integrated development of intelligent connected vehicles and the low-altitude economy.
