Recently, a domestic new-energy automaker launched an internal integrity and compliance rectification campaign. The company announced via internal email a one-month "voluntary correction window," encouraging employees to proactively return any improperly obtained funds, with those who do so during this period exempt from disciplinary action. As of March 10, over RMB 10 million in improper payments had already been voluntarily returned. The company also clarified its penalties for integrity violations: depending on the amount involved, disciplinary measures range from warnings and termination to public dismissal and even referral to judicial authorities, along with the recovery of related stock awards and realized gains. This initiative aims to strengthen internal controls, enhance employee integrity awareness, and promote the company’s healthy development.
