Toyota recently announced that it will launch a brand-new OEM dashboard for the fourth-generation A80 Supra (produced between 1993 and 2002) through its GR Heritage Parts project. Crafted using modern manufacturing techniques and materials, the new dashboard retains the original grain direction to address common issues such as cracking and shrinkage caused by prolonged sun exposure in aging units. The reproduction dashboard is scheduled to go on sale this fall and was unveiled at the Automobile Council auto show, which opened on April 10. In addition to the dashboard, Toyota also offers classic replacement parts for the A80 Supra, including instrument panel trim rings, front bumpers, headlights, and control arms. The company has also reproduced engine blocks and cylinder heads for the AE86 model. This initiative continues the support program launched in 2019, under which the GR Heritage Parts project has already reproduced over 300 parts for eight classic Toyota models.
