NIO's Firefly right-hand-drive model recently launched in Thailand via full vehicle import, offered in a single variant priced at 799,000 Thai baht (approximately RMB 169,000). Built on NIO’s FT1 platform, the vehicle measures 4,003 mm in length, 1,781 mm in width, and 1,557 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,615 mm—outperforming the MINI Cooper in dimensions. Key features include 18-inch alloy wheels, triple-beam LED headlights, a panoramic glass roof, 256-color ambient lighting, and power-adjustable side mirrors. Powertrain-wise, the Firefly adopts a rear-wheel-drive layout, powered by an electric motor delivering a maximum output of 105 kW (143 hp) and peak torque of 200 N·m. It is equipped with a 42.1 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, offering an estimated WLTP range of approximately 330 km. The vehicle supports 100 kW fast charging (charging from 0 to 80% in 30 minutes) and 3.68 kW vehicle-to-load (V2L) external power supply. However, battery swapping is not currently available in Thailand. On the intelligent technology front, the Firefly features a 6-inch digital instrument cluster and a 13.2-inch central touchscreen, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip and running NIO’s Aster OS. It also supports Level 2 advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
