Momenta, a provider of intelligent driving solutions, has confidentially submitted its prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, aiming to complete its listing by 2026. According to multiple informed sources, the company’s current private market valuation has surpassed RMB 100 billion, and it is actively advancing its IPO process. Under current regulations, Momenta must also file with the International Department of China’s Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and obtain a filing confirmation notice—a mandatory step for mainland Chinese companies seeking a Hong Kong listing hearing. Currently, there are no Chinese intelligent driving companies listed on the Hong Kong or U.S. markets with a comparable core business and scale to Momenta; rivals such as WeRide (listed in Hong Kong) and Pony.ai (listed in the U.S.) are primarily categorized as Robotaxi-focused stocks. Additionally, industry sources indicate that several other domestic intelligent driving suppliers are preparing for IPOs this year.
