According to the latest weekly report from automotive-focused social media account "CheFans," total firm orders for the new vehicle have surpassed 35,000 units, averaging 75 orders per store—far exceeding dealers' expectations. The majority of buyers are young consumers aged 25–30, with women accounting for a remarkably high 45% of purchasers. Between 60% and 70% of buyers are either upgrading or replacing their existing vehicles. In terms of trim preferences, 45% of customers opted for the Standard version, 30% chose the Pro variant, and 25% selected the Max edition. The most popular exterior color is Indigo Stone Green, while interior choices lean toward Misty Purple and Sand Beige. Most customers are willing to customize their vehicles and accept the associated waiting period. When compared with rival models, 70% of buyers did not consider other brands at all, while 20% had previously compared the SU7 against the Tesla Model 3. In these comparisons, the Xiaomi SU7 frequently emerged as the preferred choice, thanks to its superior overall build quality and advanced intelligent features.
