Mercedes-Maybach is set to unveil its new all-electric MPV, the VLS, positioned above the previously launched VLE and emphasizing ultimate luxury and a "first-class cabin" experience for rear passengers. The VLS will feature premium leather, wood trim, and metal accents to create a "private lounge"-like cabin atmosphere, equipped with airline-grade seats, footrests, headrests, a central console, an onboard refrigerator/freezer, and a high-end entertainment system. Drawing inspiration from the Vision V concept, the VLS is expected to feature a 65-inch display and a 42-speaker audio system. With dimensions likely exceeding those of the VLE (which measures up to 5,484 mm in length), the VLS is anticipated to carry over the 115 kWh battery pack, dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, and deliver a combined output of approximately 409 horsepower. It will also support an 800V electrical architecture, 300 kW fast charging, AirMatic air suspension, and rear-wheel steering technology.
