Tesla is developing an all-new vehicle, with CEO Elon Musk describing it on X as "way cooler than a minivan." The car is rumored to be a Cyber-style SUV that continues the design language of the Cybertruck, featuring sleek contours and full-width light strips—hallmarks of its futuristic aesthetic. Tesla previously showcased a large passenger-carrying Robovan at its 2024 "We, Robot" event, and a clay model resembling this SUV appeared in the company's "Sustainable Abundance" teaser released in September last year. Although speculation has mounted that Tesla might launch a family-friendly multi-purpose vehicle, Musk recently emphasized that the Cybertruck already accommodates three child seats and hinted that the Texas Gigafactory is testing a long-wheelbase version of the Model Y—seemingly aiming to shift attention away from a new large vehicle. As the Model S and Model X are gradually phased out, this new model could become a key part of Tesla’s next-generation product lineup.
