At the ZeroRun A10 launch event on March 26, Zhu Jiangming, founder and chairman of ZeroRun Auto, stated that while there are currently 17 major domestic automakers in China, the market cannot sustain so many players simultaneously. He candidly admitted that although ZeroRun has crossed the breakeven point, it still has no room to catch its breath and must push forward with full force. At the end of last year, he described the company as having "just crossed the subsistence threshold," noting that the window of opportunity for new energy vehicles would last only a few more years. Meanwhile, ZeroRun is accelerating its global expansion: by 2025, its exports reached 67,052 units, ranking first among China’s emerging EV brands. As of the end of February 2026, cumulative exports surpassed 100,000 units, and the brand ranked among the top three Chinese brands in all-electric vehicle sales across 29 European countries.
