XPeng to Rebrand as "XPeng Group" Effective April 1, 2026

XPeng Inc. (HKEX: 9868) announced that, effective April 1, 2026, the company’s Chinese name will be changed from “XPeng Motors Co., Ltd.” to “XPeng Group,” while its English name “XPeng Inc.” will remain unchanged. Additionally, starting at 9:00 a.m. on the same day, the Chinese stock abbreviation for its Class A ordinary shares listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be changed from “XPeng Motors–W” to “XPeng Group–W.” This renaming affects only the Chinese name and stock abbreviation and will have no impact on the company’s business operations or its English branding.
