XPeng Renames to "XPeng Group" Effective April 1

XPeng Inc. announced that, effective April 1, 2024, the company’s Chinese name will be officially changed from “XPeng Motors Co., Ltd.” to “XPeng Group,” while its English name “XPeng Inc.” will remain unchanged. Additionally, starting at 9:00 a.m. on April 1, 2026, the Chinese stock abbreviation for its Class A ordinary shares listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be changed from “XPeng Motors–W” to “XPeng Group–W.” This renaming marks a further step in the company’s strategic transformation into a diversified smart technology group.
