WeRide's Taizhou Subsidiary Boosts Registered Capital to $100 Million

On March 24, Taizhou WeRide Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. completed its business registration amendment, increasing its registered capital from USD 80 million to USD 100 million—a 25% increase. The company was established in September 2024, with Han Xu as its legal representative, and is wholly owned by WeRide Hong Kong Limited, a subsidiary of WeRide Inc. Its business scope includes software development, foundational AI platforms, R&D and sales of intelligent robots, general-purpose AI application systems, integration of intelligent control systems, R&D of automotive components, and sales of AI hardware, focusing on the fields of autonomous driving and artificial intelligence technologies.
