On March 27, China’s Huasuo Technology held a handover ceremony for its Phase II facility in Miskolc, Hungary. Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó attended the event, stating that Hungary is becoming one of the top European destinations for Chinese investment and offering “the best conditions in Europe” for East-West business collaboration. The project represents a total investment of HUF 80 billion (approximately USD 237 million), will produce around 2 million automotive components annually—all made from recycled aluminum—and is expected to create over 1,000 jobs, significantly advancing the green transformation and rapid development of the local automotive industry.
