On March 30, Lotus officially launched its all-new high-performance SUV, the FORME, available in two variants priced from RMB 508,000 to RMB 558,000. As the world’s first vehicle built on a 900V super hybrid architecture, the FORME combines a 2.0T engine with a dual-motor plug-in hybrid system, delivering a combined output of 952 horsepower. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds—and even with only 10% battery remaining, it can still achieve the same sprint in 3.5 seconds. The FORME carries forward the design language of the ELETRE, featuring four sets (eight total) of Race-Aero aerodynamic ducts, an active electric rear spoiler, and a retractable LiDAR unit. It measures 5,103 mm in length, 2,019 mm in width, and 1,636 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,019 mm. Inside, the cabin features a sport steering wheel, a floating central touchscreen, and a large-head-up display (HUD). Buyers can choose between a four- or five-seat configuration, with the rear seats offering electric adjustment and dedicated control screens. The vehicle is equipped with a 70 kWh battery, providing a CLTC-rated all-electric range of 420 km and a combined range exceeding 1,400 km. Its braking distance from 100 km/h to a standstill is just 33.9 meters.
