TAGAL Earns Commendation from FAW-Volkswagen as EVI Model Drives End-to-End Value Creation

Recently, FAW-Volkswagen sent a letter of commendation to TAGAL, highly recognizing the professional support provided by its Application Technology Team (ATTC) in Projects A and B. Centered on the EVI (Early Vendor Involvement) model, ATTC deeply engaged in body-in-white development from the conceptual design phase, proposing over 40 lightweighting and cost-reduction solutions that helped the customer achieve significant results—10% weight reduction and 15% cost savings. As China’s first hot-dip galvanizing company to offer full-vehicle body EVI services, TAGAL has accumulated 15 years of expertise in this field, serving more than 30 OEMs and over 50 vehicle models. Its self-developed eNovation® solutions and TCB digital body system for battery electric vehicles further enhance R&D efficiency and matching precision.
