Huawei Intelligent Automotive Solution BU CEO Jin Yuzhi announced today that the company has officially begun rolling out its Qiankun ADS Pro Urban NCA (Urban Navigation Cruise Assist) feature. The function will first be available on four models: the AITO New M7 Pro+, Jetour Traveller C-DM, all-new Deepal S07, and Wuling Huajing S. ADS Pro is Huawei’s mid-tier Qiankun advanced driver-assistance solution. It debuts Huawei’s in-cabin LiDAR-vision integrated Limera system, which employs a shared optical-path architecture to embed a miniature solid-state LiDAR and high-definition cameras inside the windshield—preserving the vehicle’s exterior aesthetics. The system achieves a detection range of up to 250 meters, with an 80% increase in point cloud density, enabling safe emergency braking at speeds up to 100 km/h when detecting hazards such as overturned vehicles ahead. Through optimization via a “World Engine + World Behavior Model,” the system reduces end-to-end latency by 50%, improves traffic efficiency by 20%, and lowers hard-braking incidents by 30%. It also supports full-speed-range active safety from 4 to 150 km/h and enhances nighttime detection capability by 30% compared to the SE version.
